English Teacher
The interview process was organized, but I didn't receive detailed feedback, which would have been helpful. The PSAT test wasn't a great way to measure English skills; I did well on grammar but not language, something the HR person noted, but I'm not sure it's the best test for it.
- Can you tell me about your experience and if you have prior experience teaching English?
- Tell me about your experience and if you've taught English previously.

First, there's a brief call with HR. Then, you get an assignment to complete via a Google Form. After that, there's a video interview round. If you pass, you undergo a 3-day training to get familiar with the job. Next, another Google Form assignment is given. Passing that leads to Mock Test 1, and if you clear that, you attempt Mock Test 2. You're hired only if you achieve an aggregate score of 4.5/5 in these mocks. It's a challenging but achievable goal.
- Could you tell me about your greatest accomplishment as a teacher?

I want to write about my experience in Planet Spark interview. My 1st round was cleared and it was the 80 marks test but my 2nd round was on zoom meeting and the HR was not Cooperative at all, she was talking to her child and scolding her and it was all homely environment. I got so distracted from this environment that I was unable to clear it. This is not a cooperative & professional environment. So the one who will apply for the teaching part have to prepare themselves for such kind of interview.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Can you explain present perfect tense?
- Can you make and present a PPT?
