- Could you tell me a bit about yourself?
- What makes you interested in working with us?
Business Development Executive
The interview process was pretty average, though the interviewer was really experienced and polite. They helped me out with questions I didn't know the answer to. It was just average overall because some of the questions were a bit unexpected.
- What makes you want this job?
Business Development Executive
It was a smooth interview process, nothing tough about it. The interviewers were also chill and supportive through the process. It was an on-campus interview, so I didn't apply off-campus. Usually, there's a brief call with HR or a recruiter to discuss your background, experience, and interest in the role. They may ask about your availability and salary expectations. Depending on the role (e.g., content development, teaching, marketing, product, or sales), you might be asked specific questions related to your expertise. For example, for a teaching role, you may be asked to demonstrate a mock lesson or discuss pedagogy. For other roles, expect questions on skills like communication, problem-solving, or relevant software/tools.
- Could you describe yourself briefly within 120 words?
