The interview was primarily about OOP and DBMS concepts. I was asked standard OOPs and DBMS questions, like how certain OOPs concepts work and how to implement them, and how to write a basic SQL query. We also talked about my projects and the technologies used.

The interview process was initially smooth. However, after completing three rounds, the organization stated they could not meet my salary expectations and disengaged. They re-engaged 15 days later, agreeing to my expectations, and scheduled an additional final evaluation round. Following this final round, I was informed that everything was satisfactory and that a senior HR representative would contact me by the end of the day regarding an offer, and that I could proceed with providing onboarding documents. I complied and shared some documents. Subsequently, I received another call stating the senior HR was ill and someone else would contact me shortly. After a 48-hour wait with no communication, I attempted to contact HR via phone and email without success. They subsequently ghosted me. Fortunately, I did not join this company, as this experience revealed a lack of core values. I strongly advise others to thoroughly consider interviewing with this company. I regret taking five days off work to prepare for their interview.

I had a bad interview experience at Planet Spark. I had to use my vacation time to interview, which I didn't like. After passing all the technical rounds and talking to HR about my background, I got a rejection email with no feedback. I felt undervalued and wouldn't recommend this company because they didn't respect my time or give me the feedback I deserved.
