I interviewed with the Store Manager first. Then I had 2 interviews with the Area Coach before I got the offer. They asked me standard restaurant industry questions. The first time, he didn't want to offer me the job, but a colleague made him reconsider. Even after the second interview, he still didn't want to offer me the job, but he reluctantly did because they needed someone in the area.

The interview process was pretty chill and laid-back. I talked to a store manager who asked me some simple questions about when I could work, how I work with others, and about helping customers. It was short, about 15 minutes, and felt more like a chat than a real interview. They seemed more concerned about my personality and if I could work different shifts rather than my past jobs.

They asked me some questions about my availability to work on certain days and my motivation for wanting to work there. They also inquired about my previous experience and if I was currently a student. My answers didn't seem to matter much to them as long as I was available to work.
