Shift Manager
You'll start by submitting your resume and application online. Recruiters will then review your profile to see if your skills match the job. They might use ATS to filter applications based on keywords. After that, a recruiter might call you for a brief chat (15-30 minutes) about your background, skills, and why you're interested in the job. They'll also check your communication skills and if you're a good fit for the team. For tech roles, there's often a technical interview with coding challenges, algorithm problems, or system design questions. This could be on platforms like HackerRank, LeetCode, or using shared code editors, focusing on data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving. Then comes a behavioral interview using the STAR method to look at your past experiences, like facing challenges or collaborating on projects. For specialized roles, you might have a technical or case study round where you could build small projects, write scripts, or design systems, possibly including debugging or code reviews. Finally, there's a final interview or on-site interview with several rounds involving senior team members, managers, or future colleagues, focusing on both your technical skills and how you'd fit into the company culture.

Supervisor
It was a really professional interview. They didn't ask anything that wasn't relevant. They asked about my qualifications and how I handle stress and pressure. Also asked if I am a team player. The interviewer was super nice and made me feel comfortable. It went really well.

Shift Manager
The interview was conducted in a small work area that was surprisingly cramped but utilized efficiently. The staff seemed friendly.
