The interview process was straightforward, though it was a bit unusual because it wasn't a one-on-one interview; another candidate was present. Before we began, the interviewer mentioned she was an assistant to the supervisor and that the supervisor would be conducting our second interview, which struck me as odd for a job near minimum wage.
