it was a short interview, about 15 minutes, where they basically just explained the job requirements and asked if I had an issue handling crickets, as those are the only live things they have, and if I was able to lift weights of approximately 50 lbs.

After they initially call you for an interview, their response time is very slow. The actual interview was very simple, just the basic customer service questions. After the interview, they offered me a job and began a background check, which they said would come back in 5 days. After a week and a half, I called them and they scheduled a time for my orientation. It was a little strange to me that they did not call me to tell me my background check had come back.
