I had 2 interviews one was screening and other was hiring manager round it was good. The interview mainly focused on the candidate rather than my experience and all but there was one more final round .

The interview process was well-structured, with both technical and behavioral assessments. They had clear objectives that aligned with the role I was applying for. Communication was good and they were transparent. Regarding the working hours, they are standard business hours and not flexible. I'm not sure if they have implemented a career and salary plan.

First, you usually have to fill out an online application. Then, management will call you to set up an interview. For me, I talked to two different people on two separate days. The first person I talked to was the Assistant Manager, and then the Store Manager. I got the job the same day I interviewed with the Store Manager.

5 months ago I applied for an Assistant Store Manager position at Pet Supermarket in Zephyrhills, FL but got no response after emailing my resume. I then went to the store, spoke with the store manager, filled out an application, and had a brief interview, but still heard nothing. 3 months ago, the same ASM position was advertised for the Inverness, FL store. I emailed my resume and the store manager called me for an interview. I interviewed a week later and again filled out an application. I didn't hear back until a month ago when I was scheduled for an interview with the district manager in Inverness. They also administered a 12-minute test, a drug test, and a background check. Two weeks later, after I contacted the recruiter, I interviewed with them. Another week passed, and I received a call from another store manager, again in Inverness, and had to fill out yet another application (they seemed to have misplaced the previous three which had my personal information). A week after that, I received a job offer that was comparable to what I'd make as a shift supervisor at McDonald's.
