First, you interview with the store manager. It's just simple questions. Then, you take the PI personality test. If you're a good fit for the position, you'll proceed with the District manager. This includes a drug test, background check, and a Wonderlic test. If you pass those, there's a phone interview with the hiring specialist from corporate. All of this is for a low salary of $25,000 a year.

I was contacted by the in-house recruiter, then I completed an online personality assessment. After that, I had a phone interview with the recruiter. Next, I went in for an interview with a store manager, completed some paperwork, and underwent a drug screening. Upon returning, I took the Wonderlic test, which was administered by the District Manager. This process felt a bit lengthy and could probably be made more efficient.

It was pretty chill and short, not too many questions. The interviewer was really nice and asked about my past work experience, what I think is key for working in pet retail, and why I'm interested in this job.
