& Process

So, I went through 4 stages of interviews and there was a task involved. They actually offered the role to someone else initially, but then they offered me a different role they had. They said they were going to set up a call for it, but that call never happened, and then I just never heard back from them.

I went through three interview rounds over two weeks for this role, which took about four hours total. One part was a two-hour statistical analysis exercise. After all that, they totally ghosted me, even though I called and emailed for months. It's so annoying to put in all that time, effort, and ideas and not even get a rejection email. It's basic courtesy and probably says something about the company culture.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. It had 2 rounds. First, there was a behavioral interview with 2 people from Palladium on the call, about 30 minutes long. Then, there was a case presentation. They gave me the information at an agreed-upon time and I had a 4-hour limit to complete it and send it back. After that, I had another call presenting it to two other Palladium members who asked questions, and also some more behavioral stuff.

HR reached out about vacancies, asked to speak. I agreed but never heard back. Weeks later, saw jobs published, applied for one. Got a callback asking if I'd apply for another role, explained it wasn't a fit. They persisted, said the role I applied for needed 15 yrs exp (not in ad) and downplayed the junior role. I said I'd think about it. They contacted me again weeks later, asking if I'd changed my mind, I said no. Asked about my original application, they said the team was on leave. Months passed, no response, not even a rejection email. Contacted HR again recently, still no reply. Very unprofessional, won't consider them again. Seems like the online jobs were just for show, they already had people in mind. Palladium doesn't seem to align with their values.
