First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Palladium.
Associate Consultant
Telephone interview, super friendly and pretty easy to get through. Then an assessment center, which was really intense. You have to look at a case study and talk about how you'd solve the problem. Everyone was really engaged, so it was tough to stand out. It's more about seeing if you've got the right mindset for digital transformation.

first there was a video resume, then a personal photograph, after that an individual assignment that you would receive 24 hours before the Assessment day. The Assessment day includes an individual presentation for 30 minutes and a panel interview for 45 minutes.

If your CV makes the shortlist, the process has 3 phases. Phase 1 has two sessions. Session 1 (morning) is an individual presentation where you present a case study you prepared a few days prior to a panel of 3 people. The presentation is 10 minutes with 5 minutes for Q&A, total 15 min. Session 2 (afternoon) is a role-play/group discussion. You'll be split into groups of 5 and given a continuation of the case study, but the case is only given at the moment, with 15 min to read. Then, there's a 45-min group discussion in front of 3 panelists. After that, you role-play your discussion to the panel and get more unwritten information. Next, you have 30 min to revise your findings based on the new information. Finally, you have 15 min to convince the panel of your discussion. Total time is 105 min. Phase 2 is an online assessment. After passing phase 1, you'll get an email inviting you to an online assessment. This timed test should be done online within a 2-hour window before the deadline. It's some kind of IQ, aptitude, and personality test. Phase 3 is a panel interview with standard questions. Prepare by researching terms in the job ad.
