Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Palladium.
Analyst
I went through three interview rounds over two weeks for this role, which took about four hours total. One part was a two-hour statistical analysis exercise. After all that, they totally ghosted me, even though I called and emailed for months. It's so annoying to put in all that time, effort, and ideas and not even get a rejection email. It's basic courtesy and probably says something about the company culture.
- Can you describe your experience in the humanitarian sector?
Analyst
They seem nice during the interview but then ghost you after making you go through multiple interviews and tests. It feels like they're looking for free labor and it's rude to leave people hanging.
- Completed a psychometric test.
- Underwent HR screening.
- Took a written test.

The interview process was really thorough and challenging, it made me think a lot. It was a true test of my abilities. The interviewers were friendly and made me feel comfortable, giving me a good feel for the kind of people they hire. They asked behavioral questions and also ones about technical skills and competencies. I'd definitely recommend this company.
- What motivates you to want to join Palladium?
