Behavioral Case

It was a pretty chill interview process, not too intense. They asked about my past experience, but mostly about my personality and character. Lots of 'what if' questions about dealing with upset customers. There were two interview rounds in total. First was with my direct manager, and the second was with the regional manager. It seems like a good fit for a part-time gig or an entry-level position if you don't have much experience.

So, they had me do a class along with the instructor, and then after that, we went into interview questions. The class itself was kind of tough, especially since I hadn't been in the fitness industry for too long when I first interviewed.

So I applied for a local studio position and it turned out to be a bait and switch. After I took time off from my full-time job for a week-long audition training, they told me there were no openings at that studio. Then they said they needed someone at a studio an hour away, and asked if I was still interested. I declined because that wasn't what we initially agreed upon when I applied and set up the audition process.
