Manager
The interview process is thorough yet welcoming. The focus is on finding passionate individuals who align with our values. It involves a mix of practical assessments and conversations that genuinely reflect the company culture. Overall, a positive experience that sets the stage for growth!
- Could you tell me about your years of sales experience?
Assistant Manager
It was a relaxed and quick interview process, with good communication and they were fast to hire. The interviewer was very friendly, and it felt like a natural conversation. They called to get my resume noticed and then I was given the manager's email, so I'd recommend calling them.
- Can you briefly introduce yourself?
Assistant Manager
It began with a quick phone screening. If you made it, you'd then be invited to the studio for a 1:1 interview. There might be an Orangetheory workout involved at some point. I met with both the owner and the manager individually. They then called me back to offer me the job.
- How do you deal with working in a fast-paced setting?
- Can you handle multitasking?
- What makes you a good fit for this role?
