It was a standard interview where they asked about my experiences and why I'd be a good fit. They didn't ask about my education in the field or related experiences. They also train you thoroughly for the role.

First, there's a telephone interview. Then, you do a workout class and they hire you based on your performance during the class. They check for proper grooming and phone etiquette. After the class, you should know if you have the job or not. Most cases may vary per location as it's franchised and each location may have its own politics you might not agree with. Best of luck.

I went in for an interview and when I got to the front desk, I said hello but didn't get a response. I waited a bit to see if anyone would notice me. One person saw me and then pretended to be busy when I was about to walk over, but was super friendly to other customers. I left a voicemail for the recruiter about not being greeted and feeling uncomfortable, but never heard back.
