Behavioral Case

It was a pretty chill interview process, not too intense. They asked about my past experience, but mostly about my personality and character. Lots of 'what if' questions about dealing with upset customers. There were two interview rounds in total. First was with my direct manager, and the second was with the regional manager. It seems like a good fit for a part-time gig or an entry-level position if you don't have much experience.

First, there was a phone screen with the manager. Then, an in-person meeting and conversation where we talked about my experience, what my needs are regarding hours and pay, and some general meet and greet questions. We discussed what my goals might be moving forward with Orangetheory, where I might see myself in 5 years, whether that is within Orangetheory or after moving on from the organization.

You'll take a workout class and then chat with the manager and coach. You might also talk with some other sales associates and be asked to tell them about yourself and your future plans. You'll also need to answer questions about what it's like working in a workout-centric environment.
