The interview process at Omnicom Media Group Nepal was smooth and organized. It began with an initial HR call, then a technical interview, and finally a client discussion. Communication was timely and professional. The technical questions were practical and relevant to the job, not too theoretical. Each round felt purposeful and respected my time. It was a well-structured and fair interview experience.

It was pretty straightforward. The interviewer was friendly and put me at ease, making it feel less like an interrogation. We started with a chat about my career goals, my interest in the company, and my motivations. This was followed by some technical questions. Then, I had a second round with a manager, which also went well.

The interview process was really disorganized. The job duties ended up being different from what was in the job description and what was said in each call. The leaders were good at building rapport. But in the last round, I felt really bad learning that all my work was for nothing. The recruiter sent the final round interview invite just 3 hours before the interview and said she forgot.

The interview process involved four stages: a phone interview, a meeting with the Hiring Manager, a session with the Director, and finally, an in-person meeting with the team and executive leadership. After the in-person interviews, I received a formal offer the next day, with even a congratulatory note from the executive I met. However, I was informed that the final offer would be delayed due to a change in their internal role approval process, which seemed odd after a verbal offer was already extended. They even provided a potential start date. After a month with little communication, well past the proposed start date, I was told that C-suite leadership would prioritize internal candidates and that I should seek other opportunities. It's surprising that two months were wasted due to such unprofessional behavior from a company of this reputation. I advise others to avoid this company.
