Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Omnicom Media Group.
Account Executive
We began with a phone screen with HR to discuss my background and experience. Next, I had a first-round interview with the hiring manager, which was quite basic, mostly going over my resume. The second round was a bit chaotic; the interviewer was late and didn't seem very engaged.
- What contributions can you make to the team?
Account Executive
The interview itself was good and seemed fair. The interviewer was nice, but I got ghosted afterwards. I had to email twice to get any sort of response after the final round interview.
- Why are you interested in working in the media industry?
Account Executive
Phone interview followed by an in-person meeting at OMG offices. The whole process was smooth and mostly transparent about benefits, except for the fact that compensation is paid over 13 months. Too bad the career progression opportunities seemed a bit exaggerated.
- What responsibilities are you looking for when joining the group?
