First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Omnicom Media Group.
Media Planner
This role had 3 interview rounds. The first was with HR, the second with the hiring manager, and the third with a senior director. HR was quick with follow-ups and scheduling. The process was pretty smooth. It felt like the hiring manager had a good idea of my skills just from my resume.
- Describe your approach to launching a campaign.
Media Planner
It was a fairly informal and introductory chat. I had one step with the unit director. The whole thing lasted about half an hour, so it was straightforward. The offer came about 3/4 days later.
- What do you do?
- What tools do you know how to use?
- What clients do you work with?
Media Planner
The interview process was straightforward and very communicative. The recruiter was great and stayed with me until the very end. It's rare these days; I hear horrible ghosting stories about how no rejection is even given.
- What are your career aspirations for your next position?
