Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Omnicom Media Group.
Account Manager
It was a good interview process and moved quickly. First, I had an interview with HR, then a direct interview with the hiring manager. The whole thing took two weeks, and I got feedback about a week after that.
- Can you tell me about your experience with MMM?
Account Supervisor
I was contacted by an internal recruiter from Kern Agency about a role. After my initial interview with the recruiter, they called me back within an hour to schedule an interview with the second-highest person in charge. That interview went well, and then I immediately had an interview with the hiring manager and their supervisor. I thought all three interviews went great, and then... nothing. They totally ghosted me!
- Can you walk me through your previous work experiences?
Assistant Account Manager
First, there was a video or phone call with HR. If selected, a second interview followed with the managers to discuss the job, responsibilities, and your motivation. Overall, it was a good experience.
- Why did you apply for this position?
