The interview process started with a video call with HR, followed by another video call with the legal manager. Then, I had to prepare a practical case study. The next step involved an onsite interview where I presented the case study to the legal manager, and also had an onsite interview with the CFO. A case study was also part of this stage.

The interview process was great, I couldn't fault it. They offered me the job, but I had another offer I went with, and it was a tough choice! It took about 3 weeks from applying to getting the offer, so it was super fast. Everyone I met was really nice, and the offices were clean, modern, and welcoming. I'd definitely consider applying again in the future. The steps were: 1. Applied online with my CV. 2. Had an initial call with Kelsie (TA Team) the same week. She gave me all the info I needed and let me ask questions so I could decide if I wanted to continue. Kelsie was honestly the best internal recruiter I've worked with, and I liked this approach because often you don't get to find out more and ask important questions beforehand. 3. Virtual Interview – standard interview questions. 4. F2F Interview on-site – standard interview questions. 5. Chat with a key stakeholder – not really a formal interview. 6. Offer.

So, there were two rounds of interviews. First, a pre-screening with the recruiter, and then a second one with the hiring manager and someone from the training team. Both went really well, and they gave me positive feedback during the interviews. They even mentioned they could see themselves working with me and talked about hiring timelines during the second interview. Super bummed though, because I haven't heard anything back after almost seven weeks, not even a rejection email. I followed up twice, so the lack of communication really left a bad taste, especially since a quicker response would have been great.

It’s very bureaucratic. I was offered the job as an associate but they still made me go through 5 rounds of interviews. What stinks is that they pulled someone through the process and completely wasted their time because the hiring manager had to “follow the process” and check the boxes.
