First I had an individual remote interview with my direct supervisor, then another individual remote interview with the manager. After that, we had an onsite group interview with a few of the associates, the supervisor, and the manager. The group interview lasted about two hours and it was really nice and friendly. They asked a lot of technical and customer service focused questions.

I applied online and heard back about a week and a half later from a recruiter for a phone interview. They were super flexible with scheduling. After that call, which was mostly about personality and getting to know me, they told me the next steps and surprisingly said they'd recommend me to the hiring manager. Later that evening, the hiring manager emailed to set up a call. We talked later that week, and they were accommodating again. They asked some technical questions and we chatted to get acquainted. Then, they set up an in-person interview for the end of the week. I got there early, and we started the hour-long meeting where they covered all the job aspects and products I'd support. They even answered my questions about recent company issues. After that, I had a final phone interview with HR, where they asked behavioral questions like how I'd handle a coworker not on the same page for a project and got to know me a bit. They told me the next step is either an offer or a rejection. Since I was told I'm the only one left, it seems promising. It's been a long process with four interviews, but it was pleasant and not stressful at all.

It was a 4-stage process. The first stage was a 20 minute phone call about personality. The second was a team fit assessment. The third was about industry knowledge and team fit too. The last stage was a technical assessment.
