Behavioral Other

The hiring process was explained clearly with the number of rounds upfront. However, in the final round, an additional take-home assignment was added, which involved free labor for many working days. This is a significant red flag in any international hiring process. While the procedure was standard and clear from the start, the lack of awareness about requesting candidates to perform unpaid work for several days is unprofessional and doesn't meet international standards, contributing to talent leaving the organization.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Other

Five interviews took place, and scheduling them was complicated because of senior EMEA stakeholders. There wasn't a clear technical assessment, and the role's scope and responsibilities were really broad and undefined. The team seemed out of sync, with no clear goals or management style. The last interviewer was quite rude and didn't seem interested in getting to know me. To top it off, after the process, there was just silence — no feedback or explanation at all. It felt like a bad culture, leaders weren't aligned, and they lacked customer empathy.

Behavioral Case

After I applied, the company's HR reached out and we set up a call. Scheduling was super easy, just picking times that worked. The first call was brief, mostly an intro. Then they moved me to a call with the marketing lead. That also went well, and they said they'd send a case study to test my skills and ideas. Sadly, it was radio silence for a week after that last call, even after I tried reaching out through various channels. I was pretty bummed by the lack of communication. Eventually, they sent a generic rejection email.
