After applying via LinkedIn, I was quickly contacted by HR. The process started with an Initial HR Screening call where the recruiter talked about the interview stages and asked about my background. Then came three Technical Interviews. Round 1 covered data structures, algorithms, and basic Swift. Round 2 went deeper into similar topics and included some system design. Round 3 focused on iOS app performance, concurrency, and optimization. Finally, there was a Final HRBP Interview about my work history, mentorship, why I'm looking for a new job, and my goals. The technical questions were fair, open-ended, and focused on understanding rather than obscure details. Elise Wong from HR was super helpful throughout, always keeping in touch and answering my questions. She had a positive vibe and made things easy. Even though I had to provide my current salary for VISA reasons, Elise made sure the offer was based on my performance, not my current pay, which was great.

The interview process is pretty straightforward. The HR team laid out the steps clearly at the beginning. First, they screen your resume, then there's an iOS knowledge round, followed by a System Design / Deep dive into iOS / Project experience discussion. After that, there's a round focusing on Computer science concepts, networking, logical thinking, and data structures. Finally, HR has a call to discuss compensation. The HR folks are really accommodating and can schedule interviews back-to-back, so the whole thing can be wrapped up in about a week to ten days.
