HR Initial Call – Recruiter went over the whole process, team stuff, and role expectations. First Round – Business Interview – Two people talked with me based on my resume. They were nice and let me ask questions at the end. Second Round – In-Depth Product Interview – A deeper chat about product knowledge, how I solve problems, and product sense. The interviewer was professional and thoughtful. Third Round – HRBP Interview – This was about why I want the job, what I know about the industry, my future goals, and practical things like visa stuff. Final HR Discussion – We talked about how the interviews went, offer details, and what happens next.

Behavioral Technical

My interview experience at OKX had two parts. First, I spoke with a recruiter, which was good and I learned a lot about the job. Then, I interviewed with the hiring manager, but it wasn't as good. The manager wasn't a great communicator, and the interview felt weird and fast, more like an interrogation than a chat. Also, there were two big concerns about the company culture: they might ask for salary history, which can cause pay gaps, and the job is 'always-on' with calls at all hours due to different time zones, which sounds like burnout waiting to happen. So, while the recruiter was nice, the hiring manager and those culture issues made me feel negative about working there.

I had an HR Round, then 1 mentor interview, and 2 Supervisor interviews on-site. I only completed the first HR interview. They told me I passed and to schedule the next call, but they kept delaying and eventually hired someone else. I'm very confused by this outcome.
