Copywriter
I applied through LinkedIn and heard back from the internal recruiter who wanted to set up an initial call. The call was about 20 minutes, which is pretty standard. She asked me general questions about my background and also about my location and if I'd be willing to commute to the office. She mentioned I'd hear about next steps by Friday, but I didn't get any update until the following week. Then, I received an automated rejection email. I replied asking for feedback but never got a response. It was a really bad candidate experience, I wouldn't recommend it.

Software Engineer Intern
The interview process for the Software Engineer Intern position in Las Vegas, USA, lasted about 2 and a half months. It included three interviews: an initial HR call, a technical round with two developers, and a final round with the Hiring Manager. Interestingly, during the technical round, the interviewers seemed unsure of the role, mistaking it for a senior software engineer position. Despite their preparation, they used existing questions not tailored for an intern. The Hiring Manager focused on my projects and work experience, and seemed satisfied with my responses. After two weeks of waiting for feedback, my follow-ups to HR were repeatedly ignored, and they eventually informed me they had chosen another candidate. The HR department's slow response time, even for scheduling interviews, was frustrating, often requiring multiple contacts.

People Operations
So there were 3 interviews basically: first was this initial chat with the recruiter. then I had an interview with the Hiring Manager and the Technology Centres Director. then the final one was with the Senior People Partner and the Head of People Partnering for EMEA. after that, there was a follow up call with the recruiter to let me know their decision and give me feedback.

- Tell me about situations where you've shown specific skills.
Supplier Quality Engineer
I had an initial screening with a recruiter, who then passed my application to the hiring manager. The recruiter was nice to deal with. After that, I had two interviews with the hiring manager. For the second one, I had to prepare a presentation, which felt like a way to get free work, and it was. They even brought in a junior team member to watch. The feedback I got wasn't good and didn't make much sense, like they could have just told that from my resume. It was a total waste of my time and effort. I'd say avoid this process.
