This place interviews a lot of people every week trying to find their next hire. The interview is very scripted. They figure out what you want to hear and then tell it to you. I was not invited back for another interview. I wouldn't suggest this company because they are too much like devilcorp.

So the interview process was three rounds. First, I met the hiring manager who gave me a quick rundown of the job. Then, I talked to another employee who really went into detail about the role and career paths. After that, I had a final chat with the hiring manager again. He asked some last questions to make sure I got the role and I got to ask a bunch of my own questions, which made me feel really good about the company. I heard back the same day and got offered the position!

The interview process was pretty nice. Everyone was friendly, and the interviews started on time. There were three rounds in total. The first round, which lasted about 15 minutes, was to get a general feel for me. Later that same day, I got a call for a second interview. I went in two days later and the interviewer told me about the company's processes, career path, and salary structure. It felt more like they were selling the company to me rather than asking a lot of questions. Then, I completed a questionnaire and spoke with the branch director who asked a few questions. About 45 minutes after that, I got a job offer. I declined politely, explained why, and we ended on good terms. Even though it wasn't the right fit for me, the interviewers were professional and honest throughout.

Unless you're aiming for a SALES or SALES MANAGEMENT role, honestly, don't bother going to this interview, which I bet you heard back from in less than 12 hours after sending your resume, right? I not only wasted my time, but I was also treated with immense disrespect and have never been in a rush to leave an interview like I was this one. As expected, I arrived about 15 minutes early and was left waiting (after filling out a paper application) for about 30 minutes. This happened even after they confirmed the interview date/time with me THREE TIMES the day before! People who arrived after me were seen and left before me! Finally, when it was my turn, the interviewer asked me to tell him about myself, and as soon as I started, he began to belittle everything I said. He claimed it didn't matter what I wanted to do or what I had already accomplished (and I had graduated college only about a year ago...), and it took all my self-control not to walk out then and there. After about 10 minutes, it concluded with 'we'll contact you between this time and that time if we want another interview. If not... we went...in another direction.' I almost told him not to bother then and there, but I think he got the message... Anyway - if you're a college grad looking to break into marketing, seriously consider other options. You're worth much more than a SALES position with a company that views you as a statistic, not an individual. The whole place felt like a fraternity or a predatory for-profit college. Your best bet is to leave.
