First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at New Acquisitions.
Intern
It was a really fast interview process. The first round took only 5 minutes. Then there was a second round with an employee, and if you pass that, you get the job, so it's basically a 3-step process.
- What does professionalism mean?
Intern
The interview process has three stages: a phone call, an in-person meeting, and then a final interview. The first interview is for them to learn about you, your personal qualities, and characteristics. The second interview focuses on the job details, how you'll be paid, and how you fit the role. The third interview is where they go over what they thought of you from the second interview.
- Tell me about your strengths.
Intern
We had a chill chat about the role, and I explained the job duties. It seemed like they're looking for people who can stick around for a few internship semesters to help us get through our internship/training program.
- What are your plans for the weekend?
