First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at New Acquisitions.
Sales Representative
This place interviews a lot of people every week trying to find their next hire. The interview is very scripted. They figure out what you want to hear and then tell it to you. I was not invited back for another interview. I wouldn't suggest this company because they are too much like devilcorp.
- Do you care about growing as a person?
Sales Representative
It was a really smooth process. I spoke with the director one day and then had an interview the following week. We mostly just talked about the business and what the role would entail. It seems like a great place to work, but it wasn't the right fit for me.
- What does sales mean to you?
Sales
I was a bit hesitant when I got the email because I'd already done a bunch of sales and marketing interviews that were all door-to-door or business-to-business and only paid commission. But after talking with Molly on the phone, I felt better because New Acquisitions doesn't do that. I came in to interview with Adam and was really impressed. The building, the fish tank, Carly at the front desk - it all made me pretty excited. The first interview was about 45 minutes, and they mostly wanted to get to know me and talk about the company culture.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
