The hiring team was very clear about the steps involved, and the overall interview process was thorough and well-organized. I had a meeting with the hiring manager who provided detailed information on the position's responsibilities and requirements.

I applied online and got a call from someone there. After a quick phone chat, I had a 3 round interview process and started working right away. New Acqusitions was really accommodating since I had just gotten back to America and didn't have a car yet. I was interviewed and hired by a Regional Manager, who was very direct about the pros and cons of the role. During the first interview, Adam answered all my questions about New Acquaitions and my worries about starting a new career. It was a great experience, and I valued Adam's honesty and professionalism. He's also a great mentor. Since I have an MBA and am career-driven, New Acqusitions was the perfect opportunity I was looking for. I've since been promoted and moved to a different market.

The interview was great, everyone I met along the way was super friendly and it was evident that the company atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for! I loved that I was able to schedule an appointment on my own terms. The initial phase was to get to know the Hiring Manager and the business overall, which was great. On top of that, the job shadow was super informative. I loved getting to see exactly what I would be doing moving forward. Overall, it was a great experience for me.
