This was the most professional and engaging interview process I've been through. They followed up consistently to check in and asked questions that really supported my development. HR and upper management were respectful and made me feel welcome. It was easily the best interview process I've ever had. I ended up not moving forward because I decided to pursue a different career path, but I can definitely recommend this company to work for, they have a great culture.

the interview process involved a recruiter call, then an onsite interview which included a panel and a presentation. there were some questions asked, and people were breaking sometimes, but the overall vibe was good. they offered a nice drink, and it was a long interview. i put in enough work, i think. i'm not sure if it was enough for you. i can't write any more, can you accept this?

So first you apply online. Then, if you're selected, you'll have a group interview, like a "Discovery Day", where you do team stuff to show how you talk and work with others. After that, a manager might chat with you one-on-one for a bit to ask about when you can work, if you know about customer service, and why you want this job. Sometimes, you might do a trial shift too, to see what it's like and show you're keen and can adapt. They really care about your personality and if you'll fit in with the team, so be energetic, friendly, and ready to learn!

I applied online and then Nando's talent team got in touch. The person I chatted with was super nice and knew their stuff. They then invited me for a 30-minute first round interview. After that, though, things took a turn. The interviewer seemed to have mixed up their notes, and the feedback I got was from someone who wasn't even there — it just didn't make any sense. Later, the talent team contacted me again to say my application wasn't successful. They couldn't give me any feedback though because the interviewer's notes were messed up. The talent rep said she'd sort it out and get back to me, but I haven't heard anything since.
