Chef
the interview process involved a recruiter call, then an onsite interview which included a panel and a presentation. there were some questions asked, and people were breaking sometimes, but the overall vibe was good. they offered a nice drink, and it was a long interview. i put in enough work, i think. i'm not sure if it was enough for you. i can't write any more, can you accept this?

The interview process is really simple and relaxed. You apply, and if they decide to interview you, it's informal and goes with the flow. They'll ask you questions mainly about yourself and briefly touch on any past experience you might have. Afterwards, they'll set you up for a "trainee" shift that lasts about 2-4 hours to see if you enjoy the job.
- What are some ways your family or friends might describe you?
- Have you had any previous experience in a similar role?
- How do you feel about this job role after your trainee shift?
Store Associate
It was a group interview with three candidates and five interviewers, which felt intimidating. We were asked to build a tower out of paper and then draw a "nandos superhero", which I thought was ridiculous. The manager seemed unsure about the interview techniques himself and even asked for our opinions on them. They also mentioned going on lots of nights out and being close friends, implying this was expected. A staff member even said the job "makes you want to quit." They shared life stories about leaving university and college, and giving up career dreams for the company, which didn't seem positive. The whole interview felt unprofessional.
- Have you ever eaten at Nandos before?
- What is your availability like?
- Can you tell us a bit about yourself?
