There were 3 interviews. The first was a group interview where they looked at how everyone interacted. The second interview was with store managers, and the third was with area managers. In those last two, they really tested my leadership skills and customer service experience. They also considered my confidence and language skills since I would be the one handling complaints from customers and staff.

The interview was very casual and conversational. It was a one-on-one with the store manager. They talked about the role and the team environment at the store. Nando's has a store manager, assistant manager, and a few shift supervisors depending on the store's size and location.

It was a really straightforward process. I was in a group interview with about 30 other people. They asked standard interview questions and we did a team-building activity. My advice is to just get a little familiar with the company beforehand.
