HR reached out for the interview position and was quite professional and polite explaining the job roles and scheduling the round. The first round, a technical round, was conducted by someone who was quite unprofessional with poor communication skills. The tone was aggressive, straightforward rude, and the questions were irrelevant. Instead of focusing on how the technology works, they were concerned about the throughput of devices. They also kept interrupting me while I was answering. I work in one of the most reputed tech companies where interviews are conducted by some of the most technical and humble people who make candidates comfortable and ask relevant questions instead of theoretical rote questions. Overall, it was one of the most pathetic interviewers I have ever faced, and I'm glad I will not have to work with someone like that. However, HR was really professional in conducting the interview rounds.

Director
The interview process was pretty long and kinda inconvenient. It started with a 30 min phone screen with HR. Then I had a 3.5 hour on site interview with 3 colleagues around my level and HR. After that, there was a 1 hour video interview with a VP. The final step was a 1.5 hour on site interview with the Hiring VP and another VP. It was a bit painful driving to Canonsburg (45 min each way) multiple times. Most of the interviews felt professional, but the Hiring Manager was totally distracted the whole 25 minutes, on his phone and texting, and clearly had his mind made up. I waited 2 weeks for HR to follow up, but got nothing. When I reached out, they said they were still interviewing and would get back to me. It's been 3.5 months now, so I guess I didn't get the job. They really need to have the hiring manager do the initial screen and be respectful, not distracted. And they should at least get back to people after they've spent hours interviewing.
- How do you see yourself transitioning from a small company of 1,000 employees to a large, global organization with 35,000 employees?
PV Officer
I applied and a recruiter shortlisted me for an interview in under a week. The recruiter called on Friday for an interview on Monday, which was very short notice. I prepared for a competency-based interview, but it turned out to be a simple "talk through your CV" and answer basic questions type of interview. The hiring manager was pleasant and friendly. They asked me to bring documents like a CV printout, job description, and a notepad, but these were not even reviewed during the interview. I received the outcome after a week and a half.
- Can you describe the organizational structure of your current department?
- What steps did you take to ensure the implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS)?
Sales Manager
I applied online. I had face to face interviews with the hiring manager and HR and a phone interview with a peer manager. The interview process and follow up was unprofessional. Commitments to follow up within certain time frames to schedule additional interviews were not adhered to, which of course happens however there was never any proactive communication for an update on the process. Also, it was communicated I would interview with certain managers, only to have interviews arranged with different managers than originally communicated without a heads up. Just left hanging. I followed up with calls and emails (I waited at least 10 days after each deadline to do so, would call and then sent an e mail three days later as there was no callback). A process that was to take 6 weeks took 5 months. The original HR person I liaised with was not the person that communicated the interview process ended-- an HR person I did not meet/speak with sent an e mail.
