The interview process moved really fast. It started with a phone screen, then I had two onsite interviews, and finally a phone chat with HR. The interviews themselves weren't too tough and felt pretty relaxed. Everyone seemed pretty nice.

So I had an hr interview, then a supervisor interview, and then an onsite supervisor interview. The onsite was a 1-1 interview, which was kind of weird since all my friends applying to this company had panel interviews. The supervisor really gave me the impression I had the job because by the time I left, I knew everything about the job except for the actual offer. They went over the pay rate, start date, and a breakdown of the first 3 weeks. I didn't hear anything back until a week later when I was rejected for the position, with no reason given. Since they laid off a bunch of people around the same time, I'm guessing my position was filled internally. The boss even acted like I was the only person applying for the position. It really hurt because I basically had a verbal offer that they rescinded. I'll definitely reconsider applying to this company again because of the unprofessional behavior of this supervisor.

HR gave me a call for a first screening. About 1-2 weeks after that, they set up an onsite interview for me. The onsite went for about 3 hours where I met with several managers and HR. They said they'd get back to me within a week about my application. I never heard from them again. This is the second time I've interviewed for this exact role in the last year, and both times, I got ZERO feedback.
