Applied 2 months ago, got an email from a hiring lead scientist a week later for a 45-minute phone interview asking general questions about me and Mylan Technologies. Two weeks after that, an HR specialist scheduled an all-day onsite interview. The company covered all travel expenses since I'm out of state. Interviewed with directors and management scientists who asked general questions, STAR behavioral questions, and questions about my past experience. It was recommended to be yourself, have a positive attitude, and dress professionally, and to know everything about the company and its divisions because they like knowledgeable candidates. A month after the interview, a senior lead scientist gave a verbal offer, followed by a written offer and background check paperwork from HR the next day. It was a good experience.

The interview process was pretty thorough. They took a bit to get back to me, and in the end, I didn't get the job. The people I spoke with were really nice and knew their stuff, which made me wish I could work there. The office space felt a bit tight, and they were doing some construction.
