I applied online and then like 2 months later, an HR rep reached out. We scheduled a phone interview and after a week, she emailed again to set up interviews with the team members for the positions I was interested in. I ended up talking to 3 people about 2 related positions and I'm still waiting to hear back. The interviews were done over Skype and the interviewers would come in and out of a conference room.

So after the initial phone interview, I had two more interviews with the managers I would have been reporting to. This was about 5 days after the phone interview. Since I wasn't in the same location as the job, they did an online interview session for me. They actually gave me the job offer the same day as the third interview.
