The interview had two parts: the first was a standard interview covering background and past experiences, and the second was a test. We discussed your software proficiency and any gaps in your employment. There was also a QCM test involved.

Super agile process, quite clear conversations with HR and the managers for the position, with open discussions about financial and benefits matters and work model right from the start. The process was very dynamic, objective communications and HR support from the beginning.

Technical Behavioral

Worst interview ever, technical part was great but HR was traumatizing! They turned the HR chat into a technical interview. The HR person was very unfriendly and didn't provide any feedback. The process was very long, 3 interviews, and they even asked for referrals and then didn't send any email with feedback! This was the worst selection process I've ever been through. I was really excited about the company, but HR made me lose all interest. The company urgently needs to evaluate its recruiters because their behavior is completely against what they promote. The initial interviews with the technical team were wonderful, but the one with HR made me so uncomfortable that I lost motivation immediately.

So, back in Q3 2023, a friend hooked me up with a referral for a Traffic Manager role. A recruiter then pinged me about a different gig, Creative Project Manager. I did the initial HR/Recruitment phone screen. After that, I had a panel interview. HR/Recruiter confirmed they were getting ready to extend a job offer and set up a call. But on the day of the offer call, it was suddenly cancelled because the recruiter wasn't feeling well (which is totally fine, happens). The following week, I followed up about the offer discussion, and there was no update. Then, about 1-3 days later, the recruiter called to say the position was no longer available due to Finance reasons and they'd made an internal offer instead???? Honestly, the role I originally applied for was different, and this new one was aggressively pushed on me during interviews, with them saying the original role was gone. It was a really confusing, frustrating, and ultimately time-wasting job search experience.

  • What's your approach to stakeholder management?
  • How do you go about prioritization?
