Intern
Phone interview with HR first, then moved on to the next phase. The first interview was pretty simple, just asking about me. Then, I had to pick a department to interview with someone from the team.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
Intern
Applied for the Summer Internship program in New York. Heard back two weeks after the initial decision date was posted on the website. Had two phone interviews, but no technical questions were asked. Both interviews were surprisingly very easy and straightforward. The entire process has been messy and delayed though. It's been a whole week since I was offered the role over the phone, but I still haven't received the offer letter. It seems like they're not great with deadlines. I'll be declining the offer because it's $15/hour with no housing provided, which is a joke for New York. They expect interns to live on the street? It would have been nice if they listed that information on the applicant page so candidates would know before going through the application process.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What are your goals for this internship?
- How can your experience in (X) be applied to McCann?
Internship
First, do the email online application (Sending CV to the company ). Then, Phone call, making an interview appointment. Next, HR interview in the company - CV-Based --> skill Test --> Manager interview -->Receive an offer
- Why would you learn a particular skill with a purpose and find it useful?
