I applied and got an email about a week later about reviewing my qualifications. I replied the same day and they asked if I was available on a certain date but didn't give a time. I replied again the next day saying I was available and asked for the time and location, but I didn't hear back.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was very well organized and set up. I had a phone interview, followed by another technical phone interview with the Assoc Director of Technology. Then I was called for an in-person interview, which was the best part. Everyone was very calm, relaxed, and didn't press for a particular answer. It seemed like they were evaluating both technical skills and personality. The interview was discussion-based, with questions about my experience and how I would add value to the team. The decision was quick and the negotiations process was also a breeze.
