First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MRM.
Account Executive
The interviewer was nice, and gave me a good amount of information about the company culture and how people work at MRM. Overall, it was a pretty standard interview. They talked about the accounts and what the plan is for next year, and how I would fit into that.
- How would your past agency experience be beneficial at MRM?
Account Executive
I sent my resume and got an email back the same day. Then I had a phone interview that went well. The recruiter said he wanted me to come in for an interview and would call back with a date and time. I waited a few days and never heard back. I tried emailing and calling but got no response. The recruiter seemed to be handling it really unprofessionally, which says a lot about the company and the recruiter to leave an applicant hanging. It's disrespectful to ignore emails and calls. Plus, the reviews online don't make it seem like a great place to work.
- How did you find out about MRM?
Account Executive
A recruiter from MRM reached out after finding my LinkedIn, and we had a quick chat about the role. This was followed by a phone interview where they dug into my background. Then, I met with two people, and eventually a third, before getting an offer the very next day. The whole thing wrapped up in under a week.
