You will meet with several attorneys and the managing partner. The managing partner will talk up how much money and bonus you can make, but never acknowledges his own staff's hard work. You won't understand the bonus difficulty until after you're hired, and even then, getting corporate to cover the bonus and explain its structure was a challenge. It's very misleading to call this a great place to work.

Abby was amazing and a pleasure to interview with, very communicative throughout the whole process. She knows a lot about the firm, it's origins, culture, goals and expectations. She answered my robust questions regarding benefits, case load, case management style and available training even though it's outside her department and will be touched on in the second interview. I appreciated her communication and follow-through after the interview. There is a second round interview with Steve, who is super energetic and passionate about what the company is looking for in a case manager. The questions were expected, mostly about managing client expectations. Overall, good experience for a nerve-wracking process.

It started with a recruiter phone call discussing my experience. Then, I had a second interview with another Litigation Enablement Manager who reviewed my experience and clarified the job duties. The third interview was with the litigation attorney liaison I'd be working with. The fourth interview was supposed to be with the managing attorney in Miami, but it was scheduled incorrectly, and I didn't end up having that last one. No fault of the company.

So I applied and the recruiter reached out. We chatted for like 30 mins and then set up a time to talk to the tech lead. But then, a few days later, the recruiter messaged me saying the dev team was swamped with urgent issues and they needed to postpone. I was cool with it and we rescheduled. The new time rolled around, I hopped on the call, and guess what? The tech lead was 10 mins late and said he had even more fires to fight and we'd have to reschedule again. He told me to hit up the recruiter to set something else up, which I did. That was weeks ago and crickets since.
