Abby was amazing and a pleasure to interview with, very communicative throughout the whole process. She knows a lot about the firm, it's origins, culture, goals and expectations. She answered my robust questions regarding benefits, case load, case management style and available training even though it's outside her department and will be touched on in the second interview. I appreciated her communication and follow-through after the interview. There is a second round interview with Steve, who is super energetic and passionate about what the company is looking for in a case manager. The questions were expected, mostly about managing client expectations. Overall, good experience for a nerve-wracking process.

The hiring process at Morgan & Morgan was really professional and quick. I first had a phone call with the recruiter to discuss my background, experience, and why I wanted to work there. After that, I did a video interview with the attorney for the department I was applying for. Not long after that chat, I got the job offer. The whole thing was straightforward, respected my time, and was put together well, giving me a good feel for the firm’s culture and professionalism.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and the offer came through pretty quickly. The people interviewing me were really nice. I was a bit underwhelmed by the benefits, and I expected a higher salary given it's a big firm, but I guess that's how big firms save money.
