Litigation Paralegal
You will meet with several attorneys and the managing partner. The managing partner will talk up how much money and bonus you can make, but never acknowledges his own staff's hard work. You won't understand the bonus difficulty until after you're hired, and even then, getting corporate to cover the bonus and explain its structure was a challenge. It's very misleading to call this a great place to work.
- Have you previously e-filed documents in both state and federal court systems?
Litigation Paralegal
The hiring process was quick and efficient. I applied and had a video interview the very next day. Later that same day, they scheduled an in-office visit. I got an offer about a week later, which I accepted. The process took a little longer than expected because some people were out of the office. Everyone I interviewed with was really friendly and easy to talk to. I felt the interview went well because I put in a lot of preparation time. All in all, it was a really good experience.
- Could you start by telling me a little bit about yourself?
Litigation Paralegal
The interview process was very friendly. The interviewer wanted to ensure I could manage a high-volume, high-pressure office setting. The office environment seemed welcoming, and the paralegals and attorneys appeared to have good relationships. Considering their stated workload, it's clear that only an experienced paralegal could succeed there. The questions asked were typical, and nothing unusual came up.
- What is your experience supporting multiple attorneys concurrently, and what were their respective caseloads?
- Could you describe the caseloads of the attorneys you have supported at one time?
