QA Lead
The interview was scheduled for 30 minutes, but it ran over by about 30 minutes. It was split into two parts: about 15 minutes for technical skills and the rest for leadership and management experience. During the technical part, I had to do a live coding problem involving a hotel booking API, validating responses, and adding assertions, along with handling sessions and a sample webpage. I explained my thought process as I coded. For the leadership part, we talked about some KPIs, like time to test, which the interviewer later clarified. I learned a lot from that. I think it would be better if they told candidates beforehand about the interview structure, like if there'd be live coding or what specific areas they'd focus on. When an interview is only 30 minutes, you plan to cover limited topics. Clearer expectations would make it more productive. Also, I didn't get much chance to talk about my past experience, which might have given more context to my background and how I approach things.

Software Engineer
So there were 3 rounds. The first was about JavaScript Basics. The second round was a deep dive into React. The last round was with the hiring manager. After that round, the HM mentioned there were many candidates who did well, but only 4 spots. They'd get back to me. A couple of days later, HR said I wasn't moving forward because the HM felt I was a little off in the Fitment Round, even though I did great in the tech rounds.

Engineering Manager
It was 6-7 rounds. The first round was an exploratory chat with the hiring manager. Then there was a system design round where I had to design a reminder system and also do a deep dive into my past projects. Round 3 was about people and project management. Round 4 was another deep dive with the HM on past projects. Round 5 was a behavioral interview with the HRBP. Round 6 was with the chief architect, covering behavioral and system design. The final round, Round 7, was with the CTO.

- How do you handle people and project management?
- Design a reminder system.
Customer Success Manager
I had an initial screening with the Sr. Director of Customer Success to discuss my profile and see if I was a good fit for the role and company. Following that, there were two more rounds: one with the Associate Director of Customer Success and another with the Vice President of Customer Success. The first round focused heavily on my CV, where I introduced myself and answered questions about my relevant past work experience. The second round was a blend of CV-based questions and more challenging, thought-provoking, and direct/fact-based questions. After passing these rounds, I moved to the negotiation stage. An offer was then extended, and I had a few questions about it, which the HR team addressed promptly and satisfactorily. The entire process was conducted virtually since I'm not based in Bangalore, but it was a smooth and seamless experience overall. Excited for the new journey ahead... :)
