The interview journey was pretty straightforward, with four stages in total. It kicked off with an online test covering React and JS. Then, there were a few technical interviews that dove deep into JavaScript concepts, ReactJS, and machine coding challenges. These challenges involved things like building a feature in React or tackling a JS problem. The questions felt super relevant to what the job actually entails, focusing on the core parts of JavaScript and React. After about a week's break, the subsequent rounds were scheduled pretty quickly. The HR folks were really flexible with scheduling around my availability. Throughout the whole thing, the team interactions were really positive, and the interviewers had a cool, friendly vibe.

I was contacted by the recruiter team of the company. And an initial catch-up round was scheduled immediately with the CTO which was good. Following which I had again a catch-up round with a lead and a take home assignment which was sent back to them within the time. However, after multiple cancellations from them, the next round was scheduled. Only tone word to describe the round 'Pathetic'. I'm not questioning the technical knowledge of the person, however his behavioural skills were zero. He was just asking any questions which was coming on the way and converting every question into a debate. He himself was not prepared for it. The round went for 2 hrs.

I got referred by a friend and was invited for a drive on Saturday. The interview had multiple rounds, and each one was an elimination round. First, there was an MCQ test on HTML, CSS, Javascript, and React, which had a 35-minute time limit. Then, there was a coding round where I had to write pseudocode. This was followed by a face-to-face UI round. Finally, there was a coding round focusing on Data Structures and Algorithms.
