The interview was straightforward. They expect you to have a solid understanding of the product, the SAAS + Martech industry landscape, and possess good communication and sales skills. You should thoroughly review the website and understand how the product can be practically applied to apps.

So, there were 4 rounds in total. First was an HR screening to check my communication skills. Then, I had a discussion about general digital marketing with the Performance marketing lead. After that, I spoke with the VP of Marketing. They actually made me a formal offer after round 3, and the last round was just to go over salary details and any last questions. It was a pretty smooth process, the people on the panel knew their stuff, and HR got back to me quickly.

It started with this really exhausting assignment, basically acting like a marketing consultant to figure out their growth plans. After submitting that, I had a call with the hiring manager. Oddly, we never actually discussed the assignment during that meeting. The call itself was pretty much as straightforward as the name suggests. Afterwards, they went silent and I never even got an automated reply.
