The interview was online and included a presentation about the company and its benefits. The recruiter was clear with her questions, but it took a while, 2 hours. Initially, there were over 40 people. It was surprising how most candidates didn't pay attention to their presentation; some were lying in bed, shirtless, with uncombed hair, doing their nails, or busy with other things, and some were even rude when asked questions. It felt like a total lack of respect. It's an interview, no matter if it's at home or not. I found it disrespectful to the recruiter and other participants. Then they complain about never getting called.

Fiz todas as etapas do processo seletivo.

I've gone through the process more than once, and overall it was a good experience. The feedback really depends on the HR person handling it. In one instance, the process moved forward, and they continued with other candidates. After that, I waited a long time for responses, with delays, but eventually got a standard email. In another case, I was completely ignored for months until someone from the technical side got back to me, so it's pretty clear, if you don't hear back quickly, it means the process is moving on without you. The third, most recent experience was the best. The process moved along, and the feedback was quick.

The interview process could have been clearer. I thought after the in-person interview, the next step was a professional recommendation. When I got an email asking for this recommendation, which usually comes after the interview, I figured I had moved forward. I waited for the offer letter, but it took a while, so I reached out via WhatsApp. A few hours later, I got an automated email saying they reviewed my experience, the test, and the job requirements, and decided I didn't meet some of the criteria. This was frustrating because I feel like this evaluation should have happened earlier, during the resume screening or the in-person interview. If I didn't fit, there was no point in going to later stages and giving more info.
