The interview was very relaxed! I was contacted on LinkedIn by the Talent Acquisition team, who did an initial screening based on the requirements and my expectations. After that: -> A very relaxed conversation was scheduled with the Recruiter, who made me feel comfortable telling them about my background and also shared details about the role. -> An interview with the direct Manager, involving more technical aspects. -> An interview with senior leadership. -> A case study. -> HR background check, where they contacted people I've worked with previously to get references from other companies.

Behavioral Technical

A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. I went through three rounds of interviews, and also had my professional references checked and completed a logic test. Throughout all the interviews and conversations, I found the managers and HR to be very relaxed and easygoing. Even though the hiring process was a bit lengthy, they always kept me updated and answered any questions I had.

The process consisted of a phone interview, then a logic test, an interview with HR, a supervisor, and finally the manager. The feedback I received from the company was 'They were delighted with my profile.' It's been over a month since the last interview and they haven't contacted me to let me know what happened, not even to say I didn't get the job. Much disappointment because they tell you at all stages that they will let you know if you get the job or not out of respect. But they didn't, which is regrettable for a company like MercadoLibre.
