You apply online, either on our website or through other job sites. Then, there are some tests – maybe logic, English, or job-specific ones. After that, you might have interviews with HR, your potential manager, or a group activity. Getting feedback and an offer can take a while; people say they wait a long time with no clear idea when they'll hear back.

The interview process could have been clearer. I thought after the in-person interview, the next step was a professional recommendation. When I got an email asking for this recommendation, which usually comes after the interview, I figured I had moved forward. I waited for the offer letter, but it took a while, so I reached out via WhatsApp. A few hours later, I got an automated email saying they reviewed my experience, the test, and the job requirements, and decided I didn't meet some of the criteria. This was frustrating because I feel like this evaluation should have happened earlier, during the resume screening or the in-person interview. If I didn't fit, there was no point in going to later stages and giving more info.

The hiring process involved 6 steps. First, the Talent Recruiter contacted me via WhatsApp, shared details about the role and benefits, and answered my initial questions. They then scheduled a group interview. This part was quite relaxed; active participation and respecting others' opinions were key. After the group dynamic, I learned I would have an interview with the Team Leader and Supervisor, which happened about 4 days later. Surprisingly, only the Team Leader was present for this interview. It was a very calm conversation, and I felt comfortable after the initial nervousness faded. Two days after the Team Leader interview, I was notified about a conversation with the Supervisor. I was more nervous for this one due to the short notice (next day). The conversation was also calm, but I felt closely analyzed. The Supervisor informed me that the outcome would be communicated the following day. Indeed, the next day, I received an email regarding privacy policies. After completing the paperwork, another email arrived the day after, asking me to fill out a form with personal information and references for the company to contact for verification. This step had the least feedback; I checked my email all week anxiously but received a response the following week. Finally, I received a WhatsApp message about a meeting for overall feedback, scheduled for the same day. Upon joining the meeting with other candidates, we were informed that we had passed the process. They aim to provide feedback within a week, though sometimes I didn't receive this information promptly, causing some anxiety, but it all worked out in the end!
